A Little Bit About April...
April Johnson is now living in the serene mountains of Western North Carolina. She has dual BFA degrees, one in fine arts from Kent State University and the other a fine art photography degree from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. After 20+ years as a professional photographer she has rediscovered her passion of creating hand-rendered mixed-media art work using her computer and finishing with organic paint. She has an undeniable passion for animals and humans, capturing and celebrating them with her portraiture.
